This mixed use development will create 28 one-bedroom apartments over street level commercial space in the Village of Essex Junction.  The design seeks to acknowledge and respond to existing traditional context while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.  This project has received zoning approval, and construction documents were completed before it was put on hold pending resolution of financing negotiations.
